You will need to perform these steps to get set up with WALDO access:
- Security - Click here to complete a WALDO security form. You will need to complete the form by typing directly on screen. Once completed, print the form and have the appropriate Security Contact for your area approve and send to the FIS Support Desk. If additional assistance is needed, click on the form instructions link in the upper left section.
