Notify Human Resources. |
| Login to Connect to HR (C2HR) and click on “Personal Profile” then “EDIT” to change your address. Electronically changing the information on C2HR will automatically update your address with the Vanderbilt HR Records Office, your health plan administrator (BlueCross or Aetna), Caremark and PayFlex. You need a VUnetID and e-password to use C2HR. | |
| If you don't have a VUnetID or prefer to submit your change of address with a paper form, complete the Personal Information Change Form and mail to Human Resources Records Office, VU Station B #357718, 2301 Vanderbilt Place, Nashville, TN 37235-7718. | |

If you participate in the Vanderbilt Retirement Plan, you should notify your retirement vendor (contact them directly) to update your address in their records. |

The retirement vendors administer many plans. Some of their customer service representatives give their standard answer for address changes, which is "you should change your address with your HR and they will send us the update." THIS IS WRONG INFORMATION! Vanderbilt DOES NOT send address updates to the retirement vendors. Tell the retirement plan customer service representative to instruct you on how to change your address with them. |
