HR Express with Commodore Concierge Service is housed in Medical Center North. Concierge services are also offered several days a week at One Hundred Oaks and Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt.

The concierge service provides in-person assistance with general Human Resources questions, such as employment or benefits. Employees can also:

• purchase RTA/Music City Star tickets, movie tickets, gift cards and stamps
• take advantage of discounts on products and services from participating businesses

Locations and Times

• Medical Center North: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm. Note that only HR Payroll and HR Benefits forms are accepted at this location.
• One Hundred Oaks, Suite 22115: Tuesday and Thursday, 10 am - 2 pm. Note that no HR forms are accepted at this location.
• Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt: Tuesday-Thursday, 7:30 am - 4 pm. Note that only W-4, Tuition Benefit and Personal Information Change forms are accepted at this location.
