The Employee Relations division of Human Resources provides consultation and advice to management and staff on employment issues. Employee Relations Representatives will assist in the interpretation of policies, the investigation of policy violations and the resolution of complaints or grievances. Employee Relations Representatives consult on and facilitate performance improvement plans.
