Prospective Search Firms

Thank you for your interest in becoming an approved search firm with Vanderbilt University. For consideration, email us your company’s information, including any areas of specialty recruiting. We will review your material and, depending on staffing needs, contact you for more details.

Approved search firms can serve as a resource for open requisitions. Unapproved search firms will not receive any placement fees. Vanderbilt does not accept unsolicited resumes or other submittals.

Vanderbilt University Approved Search Firms

Vanderbilt University approved firms, with master service agreements and contracts in place, are used by Vanderbilt’s internal recruiting team. A Vanderbilt recruiter will contact an approved firm to work on an open requisition. Vanderbilt University will not pay a placement fee to an approved vendor who has not been engaged for a specific search. Also note that Vanderbilt will not accept unsolicited resumes or other submittals.
