Stephanie Brodtrick is a consultant for HR’s Organizational Effectiveness Team (OET). She is a RN and provides consultation with a systems approach to organizational development and organizational effectiveness. The consultation services include strategic planning, effectively managing processes and projects including interventions from needs assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation to measurement and audits, quality improvement, instructional design, coaching, retreats, team building and customized learning and development. These services can be customized for the individual, leader and organizational levels.
Her 15 years of healthcare experience includes PICU/BICU/NICU, Ortho Neuro Nurse Manager, Integrated Care Manager, Clinical Educator / Manager, American Heart Association Affiliate Faculty, and BLS/ACLS/PALS Instructor, and Senior Organizational Development positions supporting system strategies, executive leadership, and project leader for strategic initiatives.
She holds multiple certifications and experience in the fields of business industry standards, leadership development, team dynamics and professional development, including Plexus Inc., Achieve Global, System Technologies, TQM, and ANA/TNA.
Stephanie completed her BSN from Marshall University, Huntington, WV, and MBA from Trevecca University, Nashville, TN.
