When your life insurance coverage ends, you have the option to convert your coverage to an individual policy and you will not need to show proof of good health. Upon retirement, you will receive information on how to convert your coverage within 15 days from New York Life. If the conversion packet hasn’t been received within that time frame, please call New York Life at 1-888-737-3855.
