Aloo Tiki Cakes with Curried Cauliflower

Curried Cauliflower

½ head of cauliflower

¼ cup olive oil

½ tsp turmeric

½ tsp curry powder

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp salt

Aloo Tikki Cakes

1 medium potato

2 cups water

½ tsp salt

2 tbs minced red onion

1 tbs chopped cilantro

2 tbs diced green chilies

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garam masala
