Biography
Taylor Boll is the Assistant Director of Academic Operations at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. In her role, she leads a team that assists over 300 faculty with the day to day management of their academic programs and courses. This high level of faculty/staff collaboration allows for the successful graduation of hundreds of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse-Midwives annually.
Working on a team that is often refer to as “glue that holds it all together”, Taylor has been exposed to the function and operations of many departments at the School of Nursing. This helped spark her interest in process improvement, change management and inter-departmental collaboration. During her nine years at the School of Nursing, she has served on dozens of task forces and work groups for staff and faculty across all departments. Taylor truly loves to help people and strives to be a resource for all – even those outside her department and school.
Taylor is a middle Tennessee native, growing up just outside Nashville in White House, TN. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University and Master of Science in Organizational Development from The University of Louisville. Taylor is a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and holds a SHRM-CP certification. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking and crafting with her daughters and playing referee between her Golden Doodle, Lolly and her cat, Mr. Kittles.
