Jonathon Padron
Jonathon Padron serves as Director of Strategic Insights & Optimization, where he helps the division focus on what matters most and ensures improvement efforts deliver measurable results. He leads an integrated portfolio spanning strategic insights, data intelligence, process optimization, portfolio and program management, Talent Acquisition and frontline People Solutions. In this role, Jonathon partners closely with division leadership to translate frontline signals, data, and operational complexity into clear priorities, disciplined execution, and sustained improvement across people, processes, and systems to drive core operational excellence.
With over a decade of experience driving data-driven transformation, Jonathon brings deep expertise in analytics, governance, and operational optimization. Prior to Vanderbilt, he held senior business intelligence leadership roles at Dell Technologies, where he led global analytics teams, modernized enterprise reporting platforms, and delivered insights that directly influenced business performance and growth. At Vanderbilt, he has established and matured the PMO, deployed executive dashboards enhanced with AI-driven insights, and led large-scale workforce, recruiting, and process transformation initiatives. His work consistently bridges strategy and execution while ensuring insight turns into action and outcomes are measured and sustained.
