Changes to the Prescription Drug BenefitAll three health plan options include the same Prescription Drug Benefit. Through December 31, 2009, Caremark will administer the prescription drug program. On January 1, 2010, Navitus Health Solutions will begin administering this benefit for all Vanderbilt faculty and staff enrolled in one of the three health plan options. Vanderbilt Health Plan Change affecting the Go For the Gold Wellness CreditVanderbilt is changing the way employees will receive their Go For The Gold Wellness Credit, beginning with the Wellness Credit paid in 2010, to better manage health plan costs. Faculty and staff who elect and pay for the Vanderbilt Health Plan and who also participate in the Go for the Gold program, will receive their Wellness Credit paid into a new Vanderbilt Health Plan Account. This new account will be managed by Aetna and BlueCross as part of your health plan enrollment. Click here for a Q and A on the changes to the health plan affecting Go for the Gold. Changes will be implemented beginning with the Wellness Credit paid in 2010. |
