Biography

With over 10 years of experience in career empowerment, Grace Janoski is the Director of Innovation at Vanderbilt University Career Center, where she leads special projects and strategic initiatives. She is passionate about using visual thinking techniques as creative and engaging approaches to the job search, helping students gain clarity about their future.

Grace co-authors Picture Your Career, a nationally awarded workbook containing 50+ visual thinking exercises and learning strategies. She has also spearheaded innovative initiatives, such as Vandy Meets the Street, a series of immersive and inclusive career treks in New York City, and VandyShadow, a best-in-class career services job shadowing program. Grace is a lifelong learner who holds two master's degrees in organizational leadership & change and human resources management & services.
