Biography

Kiley Stokes is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of service to Vanderbilt University.  Kiley earned her bachelor's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and her master's degree in Liberal Arts and Science.     

Kiley is a key member of the Auxiliary Services team, providing HR support to a diverse group of departments including, Campus Dining, Conferences and Events, Concessions, Mail Services, Printing Services Card Services. Specializing in employee relations and engagement, labor relations and grievance mediation, talent development, and contract compliance. Kiley is dedicated to putting people first, and is guided by the professional motto, "We make the right decision for the right reasons and then go from there."     

Along with her husband and 13-year-old son, Kiley resides in Franklin, Tennessee.  Kiley enjoys travel and the new perspectives it brings, and she and her husband are both avid foodies.
