Biography

As a consultant with the Employee Learning and Engagement team, TaShunda is driven by her passion for improving the workplace and enhancing employee experiences through a customizable approach to organizational and professional development. She leans on her keen interpersonal skills, love of research and development, and coaching experience to thrive in this role. TaShunda completed her undergraduate degree in Organizational Leadership at Lipscomb University and currently she is completing a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology through the University of Hartford.
