General Information and Results

  • Staff engagement surveys are a critical component of understanding the experience of our staff at Vanderbilt University. In efforts to continuously make improvements and ensure Vanderbilt is a workplace where staff feel respected, valued, and a sense of belonging, Vanderbilt launched a staff survey on April 10, 2023, until May 1, 2023. More than 77 percent of eligible staff anonymously responded to a series of questions regarding inclusion, professional development, the “Vanderbilt Way,” our leadership, and overall wellbeing.
