Health Fair

This year we’re hosting a Health Fair before Open Enrollment to connect with employees on our benefits, answer questions, and give away prizes! Mark your calendars for October 10, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and join us in the Community Room at the Central Library. Meet with members of the Benefits team and representatives from our health and wellness vendors, including Aetna, Healthcare BlueBook, Capital Rx, DentalDental, Fidelity, EdAssist, Lyra and more. You’ll have a chance to ask questions, grab free swag, enter raffles for exciting prizes, and even get a flu shot!

Join the Benefits team for the first of two sessions with an inside look at what’s new for 2026. We’ll cover key updates, important deadlines, upcoming campus events, and everything you need to know to make confident benefit choices for the year ahead. Join us for our benefits enrollment labs on October 23 ^rd  and October 29 ^th  in the Baker 1000 training room from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT. to assist with answering your benefits and open enrollment questions.
