Annual Performance Assessments

Annual performance assessments measure the outcomes achieved by employees and how they achieved these outcomes. At Vanderbilt University, annual performance assessments provide an opportunity for leaders and employees to assess and discuss employee performance. It also provides leaders with an opportunity to ensure employee goals are aligned with team and university objectives and drive organization and employee growth. In recognition of the different ways departments and schools conduct performance evaluations, below you will find tools and resources for conducting conversations, providing feedback, and recognizing employees.
