As a People Leader, in addition to navigating what a return to work either on campus or remote looks like for you personally, you need to consider the resources available to your team.
- Engagement Consultant – your assigned Engagement Consultant is available to provide support as you navigate your return to office plan. You can find your Engagement Consultant here. In addition to your Engagement Consultant, you may also have an internal resource in your department that may answer your questions.
- Working in a fully remote or hybrid environment can have unique circumstances you and your employees will need to balance.
- Work/Life Connections (EAP) Vanderbilt University’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers a variety of resources including TeleHealth through ConnectCARE; Coaching, Counseling and Consultations; Resilience Building programs as well as Crisis situations and Critical Incident Stress Management Interventions.
- Childcare resources – The Acorn School
The Acorn School offers early childhood care and education for the children of Vanderbilt faculty, staff, and students.
