Q. If I have an End of Orientation evaluation due soon, what should I do?
A. Go ahead and complete the End of Orientation evaluation and then update the evaluation during the annual evaluation period. Do not bypass any evaluations that are due. (See also New Hires & Job Changes)
Q. If a Performance evaluation is due at the end of an orientation period, and then the orientation period is extended, do we have to complete two evaluations?
A. No, you complete an evaluation at the end of the orientation and then you complete a Performance Plan Addendum at the end of the extension.
